Do I need to already own land?
Not necessarily — some clients come to us with land already in hand, others need help thinking through site selection first. We can talk through both scenarios during your free consultation.
How long does a custom home build take?
Timelines depend on size, design complexity, and permitting. We'll walk you through a realistic timeline specific to your project once we understand the scope, and keep you updated at every stage rather than going quiet for months.
What's the permitting process like?
Every custom home requires city or county approval, and requirements vary depending on where in the Treasure Valley you're building. Because we build regularly across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, and Nampa, we know what each jurisdiction expects and help you avoid the delays that catch first-time builders off guard.
Can I use my own architect or floor plan, or do you handle design too?
